Mechanical Fire Safety and Protection System:

Internal and External fire hydrants: When we think about ensuring a safe working or living environment the first step is protection against fire hazards due to electrical or any other reason. When it comes to fire-fighting equipment one has to make sure the response time is minimum and fire-fighting capacity is instant to reduce loss due to fire. This is where Fire Hydrants play a pivotal role. Fire hydrants (internal and external) are placed at visible and defined locations with various valve connections. In event of a fire, firefighters can locate the hydrants and connect their hoses to pump a large volume of water under pressure which helps to put down the fire.

Sprinkler systems: These form an inevitable part of every fire-fighting system. According to a study, automatic sprinklers can reduce fire damage by 97% reduce water usage to fight fire emergencies at home by 90% and also reduce the amount of water pollution.

We provide end-to-end services in the installation and servicing of water sprinkler systems for active internal fire protection that always has adequate pressure and flowrate to put out fires within enclosed areas

Fire-extinguishers: Any building without fire extinguishers at required distances and places is an open invitation to disaster. Besides, it also contravenes express provisions of certain laws. We help properties install extinguishers of the right make and capacity including those from Kanex and Fire Fite
Foam Flooding system: Electrical fires cannot ever be put off with water and calls for foam flooding to cut oxygen. Our active intervention with brands including HD and Newage helps put out electrical fires effectively.
Installation of complete automatic Fire Extinguishing system: We use products of Fire Trace and Rotarex
Installation of the complete automatic Fire Suppression system: Besides installing a complete automatic fire extinguishing system, we also install fire suppression systems to kill flames ASAP using systems of Sevo, Ansul and Kidde.

Addressable Fire Alarm

Our addressable fire alarm system consists of a mix of various tools and equipment including sturdy fire panels, detectors, MCP and hooters. Among others, we use a mix of Protec, Edward, Nohmi, Morley, Notifier, Hochiki, Bosch, Simplex Cables, Polycab, KEI and Caliplast

Air sampling system

Be it a factory or industrial complex or commercial establishment, air sampling systems provided, installed and serviced by us always give the right reading year after year. We use only the best products - Xtrails, Fasst, Securitron or Hochiki

Beam Detection

Fire in large spaces or across buildings is difficult to detect with standard smoke detection systems. The only way to detect them in time is using a projected beam of light to detect smoke which invariably means there is a fire. Our beam detection systems sensors are from Ravel and Fire Ray among others.

IP Access Control

Giving people the authority to access certain areas is of utmost importance. Without the same, it’s difficult to protect one’s areas and things of interest. Our IP access control devices at the entrance of the building are the best in class. We use Spectra, Virdi and Bioscript Proximity. Our smart card readers include HID and Spectra Access with Controllers of HID, Spectra and DDS.

IP Surveillance

Every business requires basic security because we all are concerned about our livelihood and the security of the people who work for us. While there are many ways to go about it, the best and most reliable are the IP surveillance (Internet Protocol) systems. This latest concept is all about using a digital video camera that records live footage of the area intended and uses your WiFi to send notifications, in case the alarm needs to be triggered. Our package includes IP cameras from Axis, Vivotek and Panasonic, and Network switches from Cisco and Allied Telesis. The software for the IP cameras is availed from Milestone and Allgovision.

Protection from Rodents!

While it’s important to protect the premises, its residents and assets from unauthorised entry by those with the wrong intent, equally important are to protect premises from known pests in the animal world. Of them, rats otherwise called rodents for an entire family that includes rats, mice, squirrels, hamsters, porcupines, and their relatives are four-legged mammals that have strong and constantly growing incisors and no canine teeth. And those incisors they use to cut and consume everything from papers to wires, furniture, electronics, and practically everything that can be chewed thru. While they are known to destroy files, electronics and furniture, their death on a premise besides causing a stink may also call for extensive fumigation given that they are known to be the carriers of diseases.

Our rodent alarm includes transducers and controllers from Maser, R Scat and C System, and cables of Polycab, KEI, Caliplast and Systamax, and last for years while keeping rodents at bay!
